Such tests are one way of managing bot activity. Although CAPTCHAs are designed to block automated bots, CAPTCHAs are themselves automated. Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for or send information. Hispanic Market Advisors uses a Password Manager Software to share Client passwords internally among team members, without revealing the passwords. The software encrypts all passwords we use and secure info on our computers. The software company does not have access to our password vault, so even if the company is hacked, your passwords are safe.

Reporting to Clients and Marketing Transparency

Following IAB and AAAA standards for Interactive Industry, Hispanic Market Advisors reports to clients on a secured Report Dashboard displaying results and statistics, including keyword rankings, site audits, social shares, and other valuable information. We use a combination of PayPal, QuickBooks and Square as the payment processing companies to bill users for use of Prepaid Hispanic Market Advisors Packages of Services. Your credit card and bank information is not stored on our servers, this go directly through PayPal, QuickBooks or Square. Tell-A-Friend

If a Hispanic Market Advisors Client elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. Hispanic Market Advisors will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Hispanic Market Advisors stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact Hispanic Market Advisors at Support@HispanicMarketAdvisors.com to request the removal of this information from their database.
