To better serve you, we use a Report Dashboard and Ticket System
After you become a client of Hispanic Market Advisors®, we designate an account manager. Occasionally, you will deal directly with other experts, as special needs arise; however, your account manager is your first point of contact and the Internet Consultant who will coordinate and participate in the conference calls with you and your team for making sure we are aligned with the campaign’s objectives.
Most check-in calls are bi-weekly (approx. 1 hour per call) but in some cases, we set them up in a weekly basis, depending the capacities employed for any given project. During those calls, we review some actions as well as answer any SEO-related questions you may have regarding your project.
Also, we share files and collaborate with our clients mostly through Google Workspace, including Google Drive, which is part of HIPAA Included Functionality. Furthermore, Google Workspace/Cloud Identity HIPAA Business Associate Amendment accepted by admin@hispanicmarketadvisors.com on Oct 09, 2022.

You will be able to access our proprietary “Report Dashboard” software so that we can configure the reporting modules listed below (each campaign will have different modules as there are no two equal campaigns):

The benefit of having access to our “Report Dashboard” is that you can view all the important aspects of your digital campaign in real-time in one centralized location. At the same time, this allows us to view what’s going on with your site and make timely proactive adjustments along the way for the refinement and betterment of the digital marketing campaign.
Our Ticket System
In most cases, our account manager(s) will open the tickets themselves, on your behalf. Having said that, for those clients that are more hands-on and more tech savvy, we also have a ticket system they can use, so that they can:

- Check ticket status
