At Hispanic Market Advisors®, we prioritize clear and efficient communication with our clients through our Report Dashboard and Ticket System. After becoming a client, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager, who serves as your primary contact, and you will also gain acceess to our self-proprietary ODIGEÍ Leads mobile app that will help you integrate all various lead sources and have them ready at your fingerprints. Calls, web forms, Facebook leads. You will be able to act fast on your leads before your competitors do, while increasing your response time and conversion rate.
Your account manager will coordinate with other experts as needed and ensure smooth communication during conference calls. Their role is to align campaign objectives with your business goals, offering personalized attention and effective strategies to maximize your campaign’s success. Most check-in calls are bi-weekly (approx. 1 hour per call) but in some cases, we set them up in a weekly basis, depending the capacities employed for any given project. During those calls, we review some actions as well as answer any SEO-related questions you may have regarding your project.
Also, we share files and collaborate with our clients mostly through Google Workspace, including Google Drive, which is part of HIPAA Included Functionality. Furthermore, Google Workspace/Cloud Identity HIPAA Business Associate Amendment accepted by admin@hispanicmarketadvisors.com on Oct 09, 2022.
