As soon as you process the payment (Step 1), you will return to Hispanic Market Advisors site / Post a QuickEmail Translation Request page for Submitting your Request (Step 2):
Upon receipt of your request via the Post a QuickEmail Translation Request Form, an automated email notification will be sent to you acknowledging acceptance and a specialized human translator is then assigned to the job.
After the translation is complete, it is edited, proofread and returned to you in less than 4 hours from the time of our acceptance. If we don't return it to you at the agreed time, then you don't have to pay for that specific job and those translated words won't be deducted from your prepaid package. If after the translation is complete, there is any credit left in the package, you can use it towards future translations and your credit does not expire!
You can post your QuickEmail Translation request anytime from 9 - 4pm US Eastern Time, excluding weekends and holidays.
